This service plan includes a thorough inspection/treatment of the inside and outside of your home, followed by an exterior “follow-up” service every other month to provide for uninterrupted protection against pests.  Since most pests invade your home from the outside by seeking out key entry points in search of food, water and shelter. With our Advantage Plus Home Protection Program, we focus on minimizing the number of pest that can invade your home on the outside by creating a barrier around your home to stop pest before they get in.

The Advantage Plus Home Protection Program includes treatment for ants (except for carpenter ants), roaches, food infesting insects, silverfish, mice, spiders, centipedes, wasps, earwigs, millipedes, clover mites and crickets.

Exterior / Interior Plus Initial Service

ü      Complete inspection of the exterior and interior of your home.

ü      Create a continuous treatment zone around the entire base of the foundation, to include the soil, turf or mulch areas adjacent to the structure and around windows and doors.

ü      Complete crack and crevice treatment to plumbing and electrical openings.

ü      Complete treatment of the garage and screened porch.

ü      Removal of spider webs and wasp nests, under soffits, eaves, downspouts and vents.

ü      Complete crack and crevice treatments to hot spots in kitchen, bathrooms, utility rooms, basement, etc.

ü      Complete bait placement treatment in kitchen, bathrooms, utility rooms, basement, etc.

ü      Zone monitor placements to potential harborage site.

ü      Once a year termite inspection.

Follow-up routine services provided every other month includes:
